They are one battery manufacturing company based in Bavla , we were assigned to invite their 200 dealers based all over India and book their tickets for the day. RSVP process was executed and made arrangements for their logistics and the pickups , launch and presentations were organised in banquet of Aloft hotel , S.G.Highway Ahmedabad. Logistics was managed for plant visit at Bavla GIDC. Dinner and entertainment function was arranged for in the evening .
