The assignment of event 3 days before event in itself brought us the challenge of shortage of time. The invites distributed were 15000 , venue was Auda garden , opp TGB, Ahmedabad. Press meeting was held with Brand Ambassador Juhi Chavla in pride hotel Ahmedabad.  Bappi lahiri and Bappa lahiri performed singing for the night . guest turn up  went as high as 10000 , catering this huge gathering in 2 hours was the biggest challenge .
